Our Policy

Most of our patients are the victims of bad surgical outcomes and/or poor medical care. They were started on narcotics for pain relief and were continued on it for years. We are committed to helping them to remove their pain permanently and get them off the narcotic medications. We also have another group of patients that come in for narcotic medications for only abuse purposes. When we refuse to give them what they demand they frequently respond with threats, verbal abuse and slanderous messages and reviews posted on the internet.

We write this message to make clear that we strictly adhere to the rules, laws, guidelines and regulations provided by the federal, state, and medical agencies. We are guided also by the medical standards of care. We will not waiver or compromise in any way that commitment.

Additionally, threats to our staff will not be tolerated and will be considered as legitimate and will be reported to authorities and we will pursue all legal means to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

We regret that we are not able to help all people that come into our practice but we do not prescribe medications unless you meet the requirements for treatment and consent to weaning from the narcotic medications as a long term goal.
